The Central Bureau of Coordination supports the National Contact Points in accomplishing their appointed tasks.

The Central Bureau of Coordination deals with and is responsible for:

• organizing and scheduling the activities
• coordinating the National Contact Points
• representing the MEPA at other national and international institutions, organizations, authorities and other bodies
• editing and publishing (with copyright) the publications offered for training and information, in cooperation with the Editorial Committee
• public relations
• directing and managing the Editorial Committee
• preparing the sessions of the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees as well as the work of the other boards
• coordinating and managing the work of the course and seminar trainers of the member states

The Central Bureau of Coordination in Vienna stays in contact with the AEPC. They also apply for funds from the EU institutions.
