The Editorial Committee supports the Central Bureau of Coordination in preparing MEPA's publications, e. g. the MEPA book, the MEPA newspaper, reports on MEPA seminars, training manuals.

The Editorial Committee has as members qualified officers from the MEPA member states and the head of the Central Bureau of Coordination, the latter being head of the committee.
