The ministries of all member states have set up National Contact Points (NCPs).
These National Contact Points deal with and are responsible for:
- organizing and carrying out courses in the respective member state
- advertising the courses within the respective member state
- selecting suitable participants for the courses
- implementing the decisions and instructions of the Board of Trustees
- reporting to the Board of Trustees or to the Central Bureau of Coordination
- recruiting trainers from all member states for the courses and seminars as well as appointing the members of the Editorial Committee.
The National Contact Points support the work of the Central Bureau of Coordination with all possible means. The National Contact Points do the editorial work for the production of the MEPA book, the group work and the seminar reports.
