The Annual Course, which takes place in spring, is the "core" of further and special training MEPA offers. It's a twelve-week course and held in German.

On these courses organized in the member countries up to 26 officers receive high-level practically oriented training centred around the main topic of "international police cooperation in striking against cross-border serious crime".

During this training course a case study referring to a current topic has to be written.
