The Annual Course, which takes place in spring, is the "flagship course" of further and special training MEPA offers. It's a twelve-week course and held in German.

On these courses organized in the member countries up to 26 officers receive high-level practically oriented centred around the main topic of "international police cooperation in striking against cross-border serious crime"

During the course the participants are to join three workshops referring practical topics and to present their findings to a group of international experts at the end of the course.
